Job description

Customer service representatives balance answering e-mails, taking phone calls, and scheduling while also tracking flights using aviation software. This job entails frequent radio communication using appropriate terminology. We independently complete tasks while also working within a small team. We are often actively away from the desk, greeting aircraft and assisting with any and all needs of crew and/or passengers. Our goal is always to go above and beyond to serve our customers through proactive attentiveness and anticipation of needs.

Schedule

7:00am-8:00pm with sporadic overtime.

The fixed work week consists of (4) ten-hour shifts:

  • 6:30 am to 4:30 pm

  • 8:30 am to 6:30 pm

  • 10:00 am to 8:00 pm

Schedules include weekends.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, The Naples Jet Center at KAPF is a fast-paced, high-energy environment. We have a position open for a professional team member with an effective ability to multi-task and remain highly organized. We are looking for strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.

  • Creative thinking & strong problem solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail (data entry experience is preferred)
  • Communication skills (phone, e-mail, in-person, radio)
  • Exceptional Customer Service in a face-to-face setting
  • Extroverted, friendly, positive attitude, & strong interpersonal skills are a must
  • Invoicing; ability to work efficiently & accurately with numbers
  • Highly motivated
  • Multi-tasking & maintaining focus amongst noise & activity
  • Organization
  • Scheduling
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience operating a golf cart is a plus!

Aviation experience is a plus but not required - we will train you!
