Position Responsibilities:
- Designs, programs, tests, implements, documents and maintains computing applications, software and computing application systems
- Gathers and evaluates end user requirements
- Writes and compiles code and constructs database objects based on documented design and analyzes information to determine architecture specifications, parameters for software compatibility, application security needs and other application architecture requirements
- Modifies or upgrades applications to maintain software functionality
- Identifies and resolves programming or application architecture problems
- Reviews system performance and identifies and recommends improvements
Requirements
Do you have experience in Technical writing within technology?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 3+ years of experience with aerospace technical publications
- 3+ years of experience with authoring or publishing systems
- 3+ years of experience with Scaled Agile Framework or Agile Methodologies
- 3+ years of experience using SQL for application interactions with databases (i.e. Oracle, MYSQL, SQL Server, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a technical discipline
- Experience with programming practices and languages like Java, Spring-Boot, Bootstrap, JPA/Hibernate, Oracle/SQL, Angular, Kendo, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, etc.
- Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) CI/CD process including debugging, test, and integration of software tools
- Experience with Codex (GPT) and Kiro (Claude) AI
- Experience with Tanzu
- Experience communicating with team members involved throughout the completion of projects, This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
