Job description

Join our growing organization as a highly skilled senior-level Network and Computer Systems Administrator at Ft. Bragg NC.

The MAG Aerospace Engineering Team is seeking professionals to support the Ground Intelligence Support Activity (GISA) who are responsible for the overall architecture of various technologies, transmission, and termination of digital communication across the globe for the Department of Army on behalf of the U.S. Army G2., Duties include, but are not limited to

Requirements

  • Experience with administering operating systems, including Windows or Linux, and deploying patches
  • Experience with network attached storage
  • Experience with maintaining virtualization platforms, including Hyper-V
  • Experience with administering AD objects, users, groups, and organizational units
  • Experience with developing systems deployment task sequences using desktop deployment tools, including Microsoft SCCM/MECM or Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT)
  • Knowledge of Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS) and CRLs
  • Knowledge of backup and recovery of complex systems
  • Responsible for maintaining an operational network in a facility to that maintains 24/7/365 operations.. Responsible for implementing infrastructure and cyber security controls, that include enhanced detection of vulnerability capabilities.

Requirements

Knowledge and Skills

  • Experience with architecting and designing IP networks, including developing and documenting network topologies
  • Experience with troubleshooting and restoring network and system outages
  • Experience with implementing Cisco ISE and a TACACS provider
  • Experience with designing and implementing DoD enclaves, including compute storage, networking, routing, switching, firewalls, and end-user devices
  • Experience with cisco Spine and Leaf network architectures
  • Knowledge of multi-domain architectures, including data center, WAN, and LAN in virtualized architectures

Education Requirement

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • DoD IAT Level II Certification

Desired Requirements

  • Experience with technical system security reviews using system scan tools, including ACAS and SCAP
  • Experience with enterprise server, storage, software, and application services
  • Experience in pushing configurations with automation through Ansible or Terraform
  • Knowledge of building and maintaining SolarWinds NPM and IPAM
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Microsoft MCSA/MCSE Certification

Other Requirements

  • Must have an active DoD Top Secret SCI (CI Poly Eligible)

projected compensation range for this position is $70000 to $130000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAG's total compensation package for employees.
