Job description
We are in the process of implementing Epicor Kinetic Cloud in 2026 and are looking for a skilled ERP Administrator to join our team. This is a critical, hands-on role for someone who can hit the ground running during go-live and continue to drive long-term system improvements. As the internal subject matter expert, you will be the primary resource for daily operations, end-user support, and ongoing optimization of our Epicor environment., * Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user support - troubleshooting issues, answering inquiries, and delivering timely solutions to minimize business disruption.
- Develop and deliver training programs and reference materials that enable end-users to confidently use ERP functionality, follow best practices, and adopt process improvements.
- Own data integrity across the system - managing data migrations, performing regular audits, and resolving inconsistencies to ensure reliable, accurate information.
- Partner with stakeholders across departments to identify gaps and opportunities, then design and implement system improvements that streamline operations and improve productivity.
- Collaborate with IT, functional teams, and third-party vendors to integrate Epicor modules with other business systems and applications.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and queries that support day-to-day operations and inform business decision-making.
- Lead or actively participate in ERP projects including upgrades, new module rollouts, and process re-engineering initiatives.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of new features, configurations, and customizations prior to deployment.
- Stay current on Epicor Kinetic enhancements and proactively recommend features that align with company goals.
Requirements
Do you have experience in System security?, * 3+ years of hands-on experience administering or supporting Epicor ERP (Kinetic or E10 preferred).
- Working knowledge of core Epicor modules relevant to manufacturing (e.g., Production Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Finance, MRP).
- Experience with data migration, system configuration, and user security administration.
- Ability to write and maintain BAQs (Business Activity Queries), reports, and dashboards within Epicor.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills - able to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience supporting or participating in an Epicor implementation or major upgrade.
- Familiarity with Epicor Kinetic Cloud architecture and cloud-specific administration.
- Understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain, or shop floor workflows.
- Experience with third-party integrations, APIs, or Epicor's REST services.
