Job description

  • Design and develop automation solutions with UIPath by using pre-built templates and following a structured Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for automation scripts
  • Partner with the Product Owner to capture and clarify technology needs, translating them into effective automation solutions
  • Own the automation lifecycle from solution design through development, testing, and deployment to improve productivity across the project
  • Collaborate within the Automation & Productivity squad to share best practices and provide guidance
  • Define and evolve automation standards and guidelines to support consistent delivery
  • Monitor Low Code/No Code and automation trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance automation capabilities

Requirements

  • Proven track record with 5+ years of strong proficiency in UIPath, including hands-on delivery of automation solutions using the tool
  • Solid understanding of Low Code/No Code principles with the ability to apply templates effectively to speed up automation development
  • Hands-on experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies to ensure automation scripts are reliable and high quality
  • Excellent communication skills paired with a consistently professional approach
  • Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking to design efficient automation solutions
  • Demonstrated passion for automation and a desire to drive innovation within the project
  • English proficiency at B2+ (Upper-Intermediate)
