Job description

We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master to support large-scale Cybersecurity and Network Engineering initiatives within a highly visible enterprise technology organization. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with cybersecurity and network engineering teams while helping shape delivery frameworks and execution standards at scale., * Agile Leadership & Coaching: Serve as a hands-on Scrum Master and Agile Coach, guiding engineering teams in Scrum, Kanban, and Agile best practices while improving overall team maturity

  • Delivery Management: Lead Agile execution across multiple cybersecurity and network engineering initiatives, ensuring predictable delivery, sprint reliability, and achievement of key milestones

  • Backlog & Sprint Management: Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, prioritization, estimation, story refinement, and sprint execution using Jira and Agile delivery frameworks

  • Process Standardization: Design, document, and implement repeatable Agile processes, sprint methodologies, and delivery standards across multiple engineering pods

  • Metrics & Reporting: Develop and maintain delivery metrics, OKRs, execution dashboards, and executive-level reporting to provide visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with engineering leaders, product owners, platform teams, and executives to align priorities, remove blockers, and ensure delivery commitments are met

  • Cross-Team Coordination: Manage dependencies across multiple Agile teams while facilitating communication and collaboration between engineering, infrastructure, and cybersecurity stakeholders

  • Agile Transformation: Help teams adopt Agile best practices and transition between Scrum, Kanban, and roadmap-driven execution models where appropriate

  • Executive Communication: Present delivery progress, milestones, risks, and strategic updates to leadership and executive stakeholders

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve team effectiveness, delivery predictability, and execution maturity across the organization

Requirements

Do you have experience in Transitioning development teams to Agile?, * 10+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum leadership, Agile transformation, program delivery, or engineering enablement roles

  • Extensive experience serving as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Program Lead within enterprise technology environments

  • Strong expertise with Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, backlog management, sprint planning, and Agile delivery frameworks

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline

  • Advanced experience utilizing Jira for Agile delivery management, reporting, sprint execution, and backlog governance

  • Experience coaching technical teams and engineering leaders on Agile best practices and delivery execution

  • Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to translate complex technical initiatives into measurable milestones, timelines, and executive-level reporting

  • Experience managing multiple Agile teams or pods simultaneously

Preferred Experience:

  • Agile certifications such as CSM, CSP, SAFe, Kanban, PMI-ACP, or equivalent

  • Experience supporting cybersecurity, network engineering, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise technology organizations

  • Background in technical program management, product management, or engineering leadership

  • Familiarity with TPro or similar portfolio and delivery management tools

  • Experience working in highly regulated or enterprise-scale environments

  • Knowledge of infrastructure projects, network implementations, upgrades, and technology transformation initiatives

  • Financial services industry experience
