Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to develop capability for our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable capability for Enterprise Application and Monitoring applications., * Design and develop robust backend services using Java and Python

  • Build and maintain dynamic, responsive frontends using Angular
  • Integrate and work with AI/LLM APIs and tooling to enhance application capabilities
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as Claude (Anthropic) and Windsurf to accelerate development and improve code quality
  • Write and maintain automated test suites using Playwright, Selenium, and/or REST-Assured
  • Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments via Kubernetes
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to architectural decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and DevOps

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot preferred) and Python
  • Hands-on experience with Angular (v12+)
  • Working knowledge of LLMs and AI integration (e.g., Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, LangChain, or similar)
  • Practical experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude or Windsurf in a professional development

workflow

  • Experience writing automated tests with Playwright, Selenium, or REST-Assured
  • Solid understanding of containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes orchestration
  • Experience managing source control and CI/CD workflows with Git
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in an Agile environment Nice to Have
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Familiarity with observability tooling (Datadog, Splunk, etc.)
  • Experience building or fine-tuning LLM-based applications or agents
  • Contributions to open-source projects
