Job description

  • Design scalable, secure, and reliable technical solutions for federal or enterprise customers
  • Translate business, mission, and technical requirements into solution architectures
  • Partner with customers, stakeholders, and technical teams to define solution approaches
  • Support modernization efforts across cloud, data, applications, infrastructure, and systems integration
  • Develop architecture diagrams, technical documentation, roadmaps, and implementation plans
  • Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements or modernization strategies
  • Help ensure solutions align with security, compliance, performance, and operational requirements
  • Collaborate with engineering, data, cloud, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams throughout delivery

Requirements

cBEYONData + SMX is seeking Solution Architects to support federal customers with technology modernization, enterprise architecture, cloud adoption, data platforms, systems integration, and mission-focused solution delivery. Ideal candidates will have experience designing scalable technical solutions, translating business requirements into architecture, and working closely with customers, engineers, and cross-functional teams. Candidates should be comfortable supporting complex federal or enterprise environments and helping shape solutions that are secure, reliable, and aligned with customer goals., * Experience supporting enterprise, federal, or DoD technology environments

  • Ability to design, document, and communicate scalable technical solutions
  • Experience translating business and mission requirements into technical architecture
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, data platforms, application modernization, systems integration, or infrastructure solutions
  • Understanding of cybersecurity, compliance, and secure architecture principles
  • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and customer leadership
  • Strong communication, documentation, problem-solving, and presentation skills
  • Relevant certifications such as AWS, Azure, Security+, CISSP, TOGAF, or similar are a plus

Desired Skills/Experience

  • Active or current DoD security clearance
  • Experience supporting government or mission-critical infrastructure
  • Familiarity with ERPs such as SAP

The proposed salary for this position is

$120,000-$230,000 USD
