TestRail Pipeline Engineer with Security Clearance

QUALIFICATIONS: (SKILLS/EDUCATION) 8570-8140 Compliant IAT II (CompTIA Security +CE or similar) Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Kubernetes administration Strong GitLab CI/CD experience (pipelines, runners, artifacts, environment promotion, secrets management). Experience integrating test management tools (preferably TestRail) with Jira and Git-based workflows. Solid MySQL skills (connectivity, performance basics, reliability), ideally with MySQL HeatWave familiarity. Proven production support experience: monitoring, incident response, on-call, and operational documentation. REQUIRED SECURITY CLEARANCES: Active DoD Secret Clearance PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Familiarity with federal security/compliance expectations (e.g., least privilege, audit logging, controlled change).
