As an experienced Agile Coach, you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Project Delivery Model (PDM) is a talent model that is tailored specifically for long-term, onsite client service delivery., We are seeking a passionate and experienced Agile Coach to guide our teams in adopting and improving Agile practices. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering an Agile mindset across the organization, mentoring Scrum Masters and team members, and driving continuous improvement in product delivery. You will work closely with leadership to align Agile strategies with business goals.

  • Coach and mentor teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners on Agile values, principles, and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

  • Facilitate Agile maturity assessments and help teams implement continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate staff on Agile practices.

  • Work with leadership to remove organizational impediments and foster a culture of transparency and collaboration.

  • Assist in scaling Agile practices across multiple teams and departments. The successful candidate would possess these skills
