They possess practical experience conducting early-phase walkdowns, identifying constructability constraints, validating scope boundaries, and ensuring alignment between engineering intent and actual field conditions. Their background includes developing or supporting total project estimates, challenging scope or cost inputs where necessary, and integrating lessons learned from prior evolutions, skills essential to improving scope clarity and estimation accuracy. They understand how early planning decisions influence downstream execution and can translate incomplete or evolving information into structured, risk-aware planning deliverables. A key strength of this candidate is their ability to coordinate effectively across Engineering, Projects, Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and other stakeholder organizations. They build strong relationships, ensure the right technical voices are involved early, and facilitate alignment across groups that must collaborate to produce accurate scope, schedule, and cost inputs.
