Job description

The Senior Salesforce Success Engineer serves as a strategic technical partner who helps customers realize maximum value from Salesforce solutions. The role blends solution design, technical consulting, and customer success to design scalable implementations, resolve complex issues, drive platform adoption, and deliver measurable business outcomes., * Design, configure, and optimize Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and related platforms.

  • Translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable system designs.

  • Recommend best practices for automation, workflows, and design reporting, , and user experience.

  • Build and maintain technical processes aligned to user needs and business requirements.

  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify operational gaps and develop scalable technical solutions.

  • Support the day-to-day Salesforce processes needed to keep the platform running effectively,.(or describe as "serve as backup" on order form and promotional setup and management)

  • On-going connectivity with broader Revision IT team to ensure alignment on project priorities and execution

System Health and Performance Management

  • Conduct regular system audits focused on data quality, field usage, and automation health.

Customer Success and User Enablement

  • Provide end-user troubleshooting, issue resolution, and ongoing platform enhancement support.
  • Create and deliver training, documentation, and best-practice guidance as needed.

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings deep Salesforce expertise, a strong understanding of business processes, and the ability to connect technical capabilities with customer needs. This person will work cross-functionally with business stakeholders, sales teams, operations, and technical partners to optimize Salesforce performance and support long-term scalability., * 5+ years of Salesforce administration, consulting, or solution engineering, experience.

  • Strong expertise across Salesforce ecosystem products including Sales Cloud, , and Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, middleware tools, and external data platforms to ensure data accuracy across multiple platforms.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce data architecture, automation tools, and governance best practices.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Proven ability to partner cross functionally to achieve company objectives.

Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, , or Architect credentials.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce environments.
