TD Securities is proud to offer a rewarding opportunity for a Sanctions Developer/Engineer in the OFAC compliance space. The candidate will be a significant contributor to a globally diverse team which is responsible for enhancing and maintaining our sanction screening platform. Challenges will include the deployment of a new Fircosoft Continuity V6 platform, back-end rule writing, OFAC screening of real-time financial messages, configuring, testing, and deploying product enhancements, building new utilities and reports, onboarding new feeds, and participating in meetings with business partners and vendors. This highly visible position is critical for the continued success of TD's regulatory and compliance initiatives.

Knowledge of Fircosoft rule writing for alert tuning, Auto Hit Qualifier, Workflow Accelerator, Stripping Detector, and Pairing Manager

Experience with Linux, Java, Containers, Oracle DB, IBM MQ, and Windows

Proficiency with Google Distributed Cloud and Kubernetes is preferred

Knowledge of OFAC regulations and processes

Familiarity with ETL platforms is a plus

5 - 7 years of related development experience in a fast-paced financial or securities environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills
