Job description

Infrastructure Support I (Help Desk Support I) is responsible for providing technical support on first level issues submitted by end users. An ideal candidate should be proficient in diagnosing and resolving routine problems including proprietary software, Windows workstations, hardware, and peripheral equipment., * Provide support and troubleshooting of Windows workstations, mobile devices and client applications.

  • Install/setup and maintain all hardware and peripheral components such as personal computers, monitors, keyboards, phones, and printers.
  • Active Directory account setup.
  • Create and maintain service tickets for all customer interactions.
  • Collect feedback to determine patterns and issues such that they can be resolved, or FAQs can be provided to customer to ease in troubleshooting.
  • Document internal procedures and maintain work instructions.
  • Support Microsoft 365 application stack, Email, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint.
  • Participate in infrastructure team projects.
  • Improve efficiency and effectiveness of help desk activity by analyzing and proposing recommendations.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical customer support for office equipment?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * IT Support: 2 years (required) or equivalent education.

  • Troubleshooting skills for PCs
  • Thorough understanding of helpdesk operations, IT best practices, industry trends and customer service
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to learn and support new systems and applications.
  • Strong computer troubleshooting.
  • Device Support (printers/scanners/smart phones/tablets/laptops) experience in Office 365 Administration.
  • Ability to articulate technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills while working within a team environment.
  • Ability to travel: 25%
  • Candidates should live within reasonable daily commute of Sharonville, OH, * Associate or Bachelor's degree
