Job description
- Drive Sales Growth
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities aligned with company growth objectives
- Actively participate as part of the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Support the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing
- Customer Engagement & Solution Development
- Engage directly with customers to understand technical requirements and business needs
- Develop and present customized solutions that align with customer applications
- Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proposals
- Technical Sales Support
- Serve as the technical expert in sales conversations, clearly articulating product advantages and ROI
- Assist in quoting, proposal development, and responding to technical inquiries
- Support contract negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
- Market & Strategy Contribution
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
- Provide actionable insights to influence product development and go-to-market strategies
- Partner with marketing on campaigns, messaging, and lead generation initiatives
- Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal teams
- Support long-term account development and customer retention
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients
Requirements
Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in technical sales, applications engineering, or business development
- Proven ability to influence decision-makers and close deals
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Preferred:
- Experience with VFDs, power electronics, programmable logic, or circuit design
- Familiarity with CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks), * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, technical sales, or applications engineering.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Experience with CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with VFDs, programmable logic, or circuit design is advantageous.
