About What We Do

  • Build and improve AI-native products and data-driven systems
  • Work hands-on with LLMs, structured/unstructured data, APIs, and modern ML workflows
  • Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI-powered features
  • Analyze, evaluate, and improve model outputs and system reliability
  • Work closely with engineers, product teams, and founders in fast-moving startup environments
  • Use tools like Claude, Cursor, notebooks, copilots, and AI-assisted workflows daily
  • Help shape data pipelines, evaluation systems, experimentation workflows, and production AI features
  • Contribute to AI-powered products across fintech, biotech, infrastructure, and next-generation startups, * Fully remote
  • Flexible engagement: part-time, project-based, or side gig
  • Flexible schedules with some US time overlap

Requirements

  • 3+ years working in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, Analytics, or related technical roles
  • Strong Python skills and comfort working with modern data/ML tooling
  • Experience working with production data systems, AI workflows, or model-driven applications
  • Comfortable handling ambiguity and building in fast-moving startup environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Experience evaluating model quality, experimentation, or AI outputs
  • Already experimenting with or deploying AI-powered workflows or products
  • Energized by AI and actively using AI tools in your workflow
  • Autonomous, detail-oriented, and highly resourceful
