Job description

  • Conduct functional testing of all customer-facing technology, including Photocake printers and applications.
  • Create and execute test plans, perform website and software testing, and develop technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with development and engineering teams to resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.
  • Support training initiatives for internal and external customers through webinars and content creation., * Engage in meaningful work supporting the development of products used across North America.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals committed to quality and continuous improvement.
  • Gain valuable experience in quality assurance processes and testing methodologies.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in manual software and hardware testing, user acceptance testing, or quality assurance roles.
  • Experience executing and maintaining manual test scripts and familiarity with defect tracking tools like Jira.
  • Basic understanding of SDLC and quality assurance methodologies.
  • Experience testing applications on Android, iOS, and web browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and IE.
