Clason Point Partners is seeking a highly organized and experienced Records and Information Management (RIM) Specialist / Executive Support Analyst to support executive operations and agency-wide records management initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Federal records management requirements, electronic records lifecycle management, and executive-level administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
This position will serve as a key liaison between program offices, Records Liaison Officers (RLOs), and technical teams to ensure compliance with National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), Department of Transportation (DOT), and agency-specific records management policies and procedures. The position is subject to a contract award.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive and Administrative Support
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior leadership and C-suite executives.
- Coordinate executive-level communications, meetings, schedules, and competing priorities.
- Prepare meeting agendas, meeting minutes, executive briefings, and reports.
- Records and Information Management
- Manage the administrative lifecycle of agency records, including records inventory, retention, transfer, and destruction activities.
- Prepare documentation for records transfers using ARCIS and ERA systems.
- Maintain and reconcile Authoritative Compliance Listings against system records inventories and technical discovery data.
- Maintain and update the agency's centralized electronic Record File Plan.
- Develop and implement functional Records Management (RM) policies, procedures, and guidance.
Compliance and Policy Support
- Provide records management guidance and recommendations to ensure compliance with NARA and DOT regulations.
- Conduct Records and Information Management (RIM) compliance reviews, risk assessments, quality control reviews, and audits.
- Assist program offices with electronic records capture, metadata requirements, retention schedules, and transfer preparation.
- Develop recommendations for improving records management processes through automation and technology solutions.
Coordination and Stakeholder Engagement
- Facilitate bi-monthly Records Liaison Officer (RLO) meetings, including training and awareness activities.
- Coordinate annual records cleanup initiatives and records management awareness campaigns.
- Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams supporting records management systems and digital platforms.
- Participate in Federal, DOT, and agency records management meetings and working groups.
Technical and Advisory Support
- Provide expert guidance on electronic records scanning, management, retention, and access.
- Support technical feasibility reviews of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to electronic systems.
- Collaborate with Digital Factory and IT teams to support system configuration and compliance requirements.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Stakeholder engagement?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting C-suite executive operations and/or Federal records management programs.
- Demonstrated experience managing executive communications and administrative operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Federal records management laws, regulations, and guidance, including NARA requirements.
- Experience with electronic records lifecycle management, records inventories, and records retention schedules.
- Experience preparing records transfer documentation using ARCIS and ERA systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagement activities., * Experience supporting Federal agencies or Department of Transportation (DOT) organizations.
- Familiarity with records management compliance audits and risk assessments.
- Knowledge of electronic content management systems and metadata standards.
- Experience supporting digital transformation or records automation initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Public Administration, or related field preferred., * Executive-level administrative support

Clearance Requirement
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or other required Federal security clearance.
Pay Range
$39 to $43/hour depending on experience.
