Job description

The addition of onshore Java Developer and Full Stack Developer services is required to enable close, real time collaboration with the ADB SafeGate onshore, U.S.-based development team. This new scope enables work in parallel to support the implementation of SafeGate's Apron Manager product as part of the broader IAH Terminal B expansion project. Aligning development efforts onshore further enables efficient coordination, accelerated issue resolution, and consistent delivery against project timelines and quality expectations for this critical airport modernization initiative.

Requirements

8+ years experience in design, development, and deployment of web applications in cloud using Java and Spring framework.

  • Production API support, proactively resolving incidents, minimizing downtime, and maintaining SLA compliance.

  • Extensively worked on developing the webservices using Spring Boot and good understanding on Microservices.

  • Developed a RESTful web API using Spring Boot. Spring JDBC is used to communicate with the database.

  • Good knowledge and hands on experience developing SOAP and REST webservices using spring technology.

  • Experience in writing SQL queries and used Spring JDBC framework to connect to Postgres database.

  • Proficiently working on some of the Amazon web services (AWS) - (API Gateway, EC2, Lambda, Cloud watch, S3, AWS DynamoDB) to develop APIs.
