Job description

Assist in the configuration, testing, and support of Workday modules (HCM, Learning, Compensation, etc.) Support data management, data uploads (EIBs), and data validation Participate in system testing activities (unit testing, UAT, regression testing) Provide Level 1/Level 2 support for Workday-related issues and user queries Help in building and maintaining reports and dashboards Support integration activities with other systems (basic understanding of APIs, web services, or middleware is a plus) Collaborate with functional and technical teams to resolve issues and improve system performance Document system configurations, processes, and user guides Stay updated with Workday releases and new features Required Qualifications 0-1 year of experience in Workday, PeopleSoft, or Java (internships included)

Requirements

Do you have experience in Stakeholder engagement?, We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Workday Specialist with up to 1 year of experience or strong foundational knowledge in Workday, Java, or PeopleSoft . The ideal candidate will support Workday system operations, configuration, integrations, and reporting while gaining hands-on experience in HR technology solutions. Key Responsibilities, HR systems or ERP platforms Software development concepts (for Java candidates) Database concepts (SQL basics preferred) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills Preferred Skills Exposure to Workday tools (e.g., EIB, Workday Studio, Report Writer)

Basic knowledge of: Java / object-oriented programming XML, XSLT, or integrations concepts Familiarity with HR processes (Hire-to-Retire lifecycle) Experience with PeopleSoft or other ERP systems is an advantage Key Competencies Willingness to learn and adapt quickly Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a team environment Strong time management and organizational skills
