Job description
As a Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for configuring and supporting Salesforce to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. You will utilize standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. You are expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative solutions that enhance application performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of applications to ensure reliability and functionality.
- Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on application features and best practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve application capabilities
This is a hybrid role and will require three days per week in the office. Primary hiring location is Chesterbrook, PA. May consider qualified applicants in Nashville, Tampa or Orlando.
Requirements
Do you have experience in System development?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, An Senior Salesforce Architect with Billing expertise, * Minimum 5 years of Salesforce Development experience including expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud for Billing
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with Salesforce Solution Architecture: planning, costing and pricing
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Bonus points if you have:
- Mulesoft Integration knowledge & experience
- Salesforce certifications are a plus (e.g., Platform Developer II, CPQ Specialist).
