Project Manager, Experience Working w/Engineers & Product Development Teams

• Lead project meetings, effectively managing tasking and clearly understanding status across the project, highlighting risks and issues, and taking steps to communicate them.
• Maintain project management platform, ensuring that project plans are maintained by individual leads, and that metrics and timelines are accurate.
• Ensures that the project team clearly understands the requirements for the project and actively manages to those requirements.
• Ability to work in a matrixed and sometimes ambiguous environment.
• Effectively manage all stakeholders and is comfortable communicating with senior level staff, pushing back when required.
• Work with engineering teams to track and report progress, costs, risks and issues at a business level.
• Work with Marketing, Sales, Service and Operations to ensure a seamless release and successful transition to routine shipping.

• You are experienced in delivering products incorporating both hardware and software, including new or evolving technologies
• You are comfortable working in structured development environments (stage-gate, Agile, or hybrid), and have successfully applied these frameworks in practice
• You have strong experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or equivalent, and understand how to use them to drive execution, not just reporting
• You are confident leading teams through ambiguity, holding stakeholders accountable, and ensuring commitments are met
• You are able to balance involvement in projects without displacing ownership from technical leads
• You have formal project management training or equivalent experience, a degree in Computer Science or Engineering or a related discipline would be advantageous., * 5+ years' project management experience in a structured corporate environment
• Degree or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in online project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or equivalent
• Knowledge of project management tools, issue tracking systems, and status reporting
• Understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, quality and service.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies, such as Waterfall, Agile, Kanban, etc.
• Demonstrable experience of managing projects across multi-functional teams
