Requirements
- Systems engineering experience across test requirements, planning, integration, and verification/validation * * Technical or program leadership experience managing risk, schedule, or multidisciplinary resources * * Ability to develop, decompose, and manage systems requirements throughout the product lifecycle * * Familiarity with modeling and systems engineering tools/methods, including UML/SysML, DOORS, and standard test methodologies across development and production Desired Skills (Nice-to-Have) * * Advanced degree in a STEM field * * Experience with embedded test techniques, design for test, and design for manufacturing practices * * Familiarity with Agile development processes * * Experience supporting proposal efforts and contributing to bid decisions * * Knowledge of FMEA, Model Based Engineering tools, and technology/manufacturing readiness levels Tools / Technologies Required MBSE Tools such as DOORS, CAMEO, Rhapsody, etc
