You will be responsible for capturing initial requirements, following through on all program commitments from our cross-functional operations and engineering teams, and maintaining the customer relationship. You will need to understand the strategic goals of your customers to help prioritize operations tasks and coordinate with capacity planning for operational resources. • 10+ years of experience managing cross-functional programs across global teams.
