Job description
We are seeking a skilled IT Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. This role involves troubleshooting issues, setting up equipment, and maintaining systems to ensure smooth operations., Provide technical support to end-users on various IT issues

Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, VoIP, printers, and scanners

Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks

Respond promptly to service issues and requests

Troubleshoot system and network problems

Diagnose hardware or software faults and solve technical problems

Support the roll-out of new applications

Set up new users' accounts and profiles
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, Self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
-
Proficiency in TCP/IP protocols and networking
-
Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments including Hyper-V
-
Proficiency with advanced Microsoft 365 technologies including Identity, Azure AD, and Sharepoint.

Experience with desktop support and mobile devices

Knowledge of cloud-based VoIP systems.
Nice-to-have Skills:
-
Familiarity with Datto and Kaseya products including Autotask, RMM, IT Glue and Kaseya 365.

Experience in providing technical support for various applications

Fortigate and Ubquiti experience a plus., * IT support: 2 years (Preferred)
