Cash Applications Specialist

You will bring your ability to research and strong attention to detail to this role that works closely with our amazing internal & external customers. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Research, apply & track unapplied cash transactions
• Enter and post receipt reversals
• Research & respond to customer inquiries
• Reconcile accounts to the general ledger
• Analyze customer accounts and process refund vouchers as needed for overpayment
• Assist in the filing of daily cash receipts

Do you have experience in Research?, * Have 2+ years of accounting/business experience or equivalent college coursework

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Excellent written & oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• Previous Accounts Receivable and customer interaction is a plus
