Artificial Intelligence Engineer

You'll be working as an AI Engineer within an innovative fintech company where you will help build intelligent technologies that support smarter financial operations, fraud prevention, and data-driven decision-making. You'll be working on AI-powered solutions focused on risk management, regulatory compliance, and automation across modern financial platforms., * Develop and implement AI/ML models for fintech applications including fraud detection, credit risk scoring, customer segmentation, transaction monitoring, algorithmic decisioning, and financial forecasting

• Create efficient preprocessing and feature engineering workflows for complex financial datasets including transactional, behavioural, market, and time-series data
• Deploy and maintain AI applications across cloud environments using AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Contribute to modern MLOps practices including CI/CD, monitoring, model versioning, governance, and scalable infrastructure
• Collaborate closely with data engineers, product teams, and compliance stakeholders to deliver secure and production-ready AI solutions
• Support the development of explainable and compliant AI systems aligned with financial regulations and governance standards

• 2-8 years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, or a related field
• Strong Python development skills
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying ML systems in production environments
• Understanding of data engineering concepts including ETL/ELT processes, streaming architectures, and large-scale financial data pipelines
• Experience working with fintech, banking, payments, insurtech, trading platforms, or financial analytics solutions is highly beneficial
• Familiarity with fraud detection systems, risk modelling, or regulatory technology (RegTech) is considered a strong advantage
