Quality Assurance Tester

We support them in their skill development and offer them real prospects for advancement.As a Tester (Guidewire) at Ivy Partners, you will be required to:- Define, create, and execute end-to-end test scripts (SIT, UAT, and PPD).

• Ensure functional validation and business acceptance of developments.
• Identify, document, and follow up on bugs and change requests.
• Produce technical and functional process maps.
• Conduct gap analysis and data analysis for new markets.
• Manage risks and issues associated with the testing component.
• Ensure continuous updating of project/task management tools.
• Work with global stakeholders to align priorities and backlogs.
• Support initiatives for modernization and automation of claims.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.About youYou are our ideal candidate if:- You have experience in functional testing in Guidewire environments.

• You have a background in digital transformation or insurance/travel claims.
• You possess strong communication skills across Business and IT teams.
• You have experience in Agile methodologies and working in squad structures.
• You are analytically minded and oriented towards problem-solving.
• You can manage multiple priorities in an international context.
• You have experience with functional documentation and process flows.
• You have a continuous improvement and customer experience-oriented mindset.
• Availability to work in a hybrid environment of 1-2x per week in the Office.
