SAP OTC Project Manager

Harrington Boyd are currently partnering with a global pharmaceutical leader who are searching for an SAP OTC Project Manager to join their organisation on a permanent basis. This position is based in Madrid, with flexible hybrid working and limited international travel. This role will offer you: - Strategic involvement in a global S/4HANA transformation across multiple regions - The opportunity to contribute to a high-impact programme within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment - Leadership responsibility for a team of 8 experienced SAP consultants - Flexible working arrangements, including a strong hybrid model - Excellent benefits, career development pathways, and a strong focus on employee well-being Your responsibilities: - Leading the planning and execution of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programme within the global OTC domain - Managing end-to-end OTC (Order to Cash) workstreams across multiple business units and geographies - Collaborating with senior stakeholders in Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, and Quality to ensure alignment with business and compliance objectives - Driving project phases in a highly regulated GxP environment - Managing and mentoring a high-performing team of 8 SAP consultants - Ensuring timely delivery, documentation quality, and adherence to global standards - Providing regular updates and strategic recommendations to programme leadership We are searching for the following skills & experience: - At least 8 years of SAP experience, ideally in a project lead or project management capacity - Proven experience delivering SAP OTC implementations or global rollouts - Strong expertise in SAP logistics modules (SD, MM, LE) and their integration within OTC processes - Prior involvement in S/4HANA transformation programmes is highly desirable - Experience working within the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries is a strong advantage - Demonstrated ability to lead international, cross-functional teams - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Fluency in English (Spanish language skills are a plus) If this position could be of interest to you or anyone else within your network, please forward an updated version of your CV for consideration.
