b /ppbr/ppbMain responsibilities: /b /pulliDefine and review System, Sub-system and Equipment Level Requirements with full traceability to system functions and safety objectives /liliGuide the development of systems including power supplies, communications, mechanical, protections, sensing, and control interfaces /liliSupport or lead preliminary and critical design reviews (PDR/CDR) /liliProduce and review technical documentation including: Design Descriptions, Functional Block Diagrams, and Interface Control Documents (ICDs), Design Analysis Reports, and Verification Validation Plans (VTP, VTPR) aligned with ARPA / DO-254 /liliEnsure all development data complies with design assurance guidelines, internal configuration control, and certification audit expectations /liliContribute to safety documentation such as Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Hardware Development Plans /liliDefine and support Verification Test Procedures (VTP), Qualification Test Procedures (QTP), and ATP (Acceptance Test Procedures) /liliEnsure compliance with DO-160 environmental testing including vibration, temperature, EMI/EMC /liliParticipate in SOI audits and interface with certification authorities on behalf of the hardware function /liliSupport integration and troubleshooting of boards during system testing and environmental qualification /liliPromote best practices aligned with ARPA and model-based/system engineering principles (DO-331) /li /ulpbr/ppbRequired qualifications and experience: /b /pulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline /liliMinimum 3 to 5 years of experience in systems development (aerospace, automotive, industrial, or medical) /liliStrong experience within development lifecycles, ideally in certified programs /liliDeep knowledge of architecture, functions and requirements definition oriented to implementation and design, of systems, sub-systems and/or equipment. /liliFluent in reading and producing engineering documentation, specifications, and test procedures /liliExperience working with aerospace qualification and development standards: SAE ARPA, ARP, DO-254, DO-160, AMC **, ASTM F /liliAwareness of DO-178, DO-331 for multidisciplinary integration /liliStrong analytical thinking, with a structured and rigorous approach to engineering problem-solving /liliExcellent communication and documentation skills, with an ability to present clearly to internal and external stakeholders /liliAbility to work independently and act as a technical authority /liliFluent in English (oral and written); Spanish and French are an advantage. /liliFamiliarity with ATA chapters (in particular electrical (24) and power plant(71, 72, 73, etc)) is a plus.
