DevOps & Backend Engineer

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building scalable, high-quality applications and is comfortable working across the entire stack. WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering roles within production environments. Strong expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS), including services such as ECS, RDS, S3, and CloudFront. Solid experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI or similar). Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or CloudFormation. Proven experience developing and supporting backend services using Node.js. Experience working with containerized environments (Docker, ECS and/or EKS). Good understanding of Linux systems, networking fundamentals, and cloud security principles. Experience with monitoring and observability tools (CloudWatch, Datadog, Dynatrace or similar). Ability to troubleshoot and operate high-availability production systems. Experience working in Agile environments, ideally in multi-team or scaled setups (e.g. LeSS). Strong collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional, international teams. Fluent English (spoken and written).
