That means defining what good looks like for production readiness, signing off on high risk changes and having the authority to push back when something isn't ready.You'll reduce repeat incidents by finding and eliminating the structural weaknesses that cause them. You'll replace manual, tribal knowledge with automation and codified processes. You'll manage platform capacity before it becomes a crisis rather than after.This isn't a role focused on platform design, Incident process ownership or project delivery.
