Day-To-Day Responsibilities: - Provide onsite support for visitors and executive level events. - Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate solutions. - Ability to support and communicate with executive level clients (and higher). - Perform daily inspection and regular maintenance of hardware and software for internal platform. - Execute regular preventative maintenance on all hardware. - Diagnose network problems impacting one or many internal platform applications - Utilize remote access Mac, Linux, and Windows systems to control internal platform (via SSH, VNC; be able to navigate file systems on remote machines). - Work with Client Engineers to troubleshoot difficult internal problems. - Adept in creating Technical Documentation. - Ability to meet and exceed service deadlines. - Events: Working with event organizers to create a production plan, setting up and testing equipment, and operating equipment during the

event. - Installing AV systems: Installing AV equipment in an office environment. - Maintaining AV systems: Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance. Dealing with faulty hardware and RMA's. - Providing technical support: Training users on how to operate AV systems and providing technical support. - Collaborating with IT: Integrating AV systems into network infrastructure. - Perform support tasks in a timely and quality conscious manner. - Collaborate with internal/external teams in a professional manner that reflects the values of AVI-SPL. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Bachelor's degree and equivalent work experience. - Comfortable working with mobile device OS. - Experience working in video conferencing, video production, or post production. - Experience with G-Suite, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and WebEx. - Knowledgeable with computer terminals and commands. - Experience with Google Workspace administration. - Excellent soft skill and readiness to demonstrate technology to high profile customers. - Experience with video displays and content management system. - Effectively communicate with employees, customers and colleagues. - Ability to use hand and power tools in a safe and efficient manner. - Ability to work and think independently and ensuring to meet deadlines.
