Job description

We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant / ERP Business Analyst to join a global transformation team responsible for implementing and rolling out a core ERP template across multiple business units. This role will act as the functional lead for Production & Planning (PLP) and/or Inventory to Deliver (ITD) domains, serving as the key interface between business stakeholders and IT teams in industrial and distribution environments. You will be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, from business analysis and process design to testing and deployment , ensuring alignment between business requirements and system capabilities.

Key Responsibilities Lead functional activities within PLP and/or ITD streams in D365 F&O projects Facilitate and lead business workshops to gather and validate requirements Analyze and document AS-IS / TO-BE processes Translate business needs into functional specifications Support solution design, gap analysis, and system configuration alignment Participate in testing, validation, and deployment phases Act as the link between business users, IT teams, and external partners Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project objectives Drive process standardization and continuous improvement Key Requirements Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Dynamics AX / D365 F&O Functional Consultant or ERP Business Analyst Proven hands-on experience with D365 Finance & Operations (mandatory) Strong expertise in: Production & Planning (PLP) (MRP, production control, scheduling) and/or Inventory to Deliver (ITD) (inventory, warehousing, logistics) Experience in industrial and/or distribution environments Strong skills in business process analysis and documentation Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Analytical mindset with a proactive and ownership-driven attitude Fluent in English Availability for occasional travel Nice to Have Experience with Azure DevOps / Agile environments Knowledge of additional D365 modules Experience in multi-country ERP rollouts Familiarity with process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN) What We Offer Fully remote role within an international environment Participation in a large-scale ERP transformation program Exposure to end-to-end implementation and rollout Collaborative and dynamic global team Strong opportunities for professional growth
