Salesforce Data Cloud Architect

We're looking for aSalesforce Data Cloud Architectto lead the design and implementation of scalable customer data solutions across the organisation. You'll play a key role in shaping how customer data is unified, governed, and activated across the wider Salesforce ecosystem. What You'll Be Doing Design and manage the overall Salesforce Data Cloud architecture and data strategy Build scalable solutions for identity resolution, segmentation, data harmonisation, and real-time activation Work closely with business and technical teams to translate data and customer engagement requirements into technical solutions Define integration approaches between Data Cloud and external platforms including CRM, marketing, ecommerce, analytics, and data warehouses Lead data modelling, governance, and data quality best practices Support activation use cases across Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud Provide technical leadership to developers, engineers, and implementation partners Review existing environments and recommend improvements for scalability, performance, and usability Ensure compliance with data privacy and governance requirements including GDPR and CCPA Stay up to date with emerging Salesforce capabilities and recommend platform enhancements

Strong Salesforce architecture experience with hands-on exposure to Data Cloud Experience delivering enterprise-scale customer data and integration solutions Strong understanding of data modelling, identity resolution, segmentation, and customer data platforms Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems, APIs, data lakes, and middleware platforms Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to work across both technical and business teams
