Test Environment & Data Specialist

Ensure environment availability, synchronization, and configuration consistency Monitor environment health, performance, and configuration drift proactively Coordinate environment refreshes, upgrades, patches, and incident resolution aligned with change management processes Maintain up-to-date Confluence documentation covering configurations, integrations, access criteria, and datasets Test Data Strategy & Management Manage the full test data lifecycle: sourcing, preparation, provisioning, and retirement Coordinate recurring anonymization and production data refresh processes Ensure consistency across paired environments (e.g. UAT1/UAT2) Maintain reusable role-based datasets and test personas Support Scrum Teams with their testing data and environment needs ️ Self-Service & Automation Define workflows and self-service processes for efficient test data provisioning Publish lead times, guidelines, and usage documentation for Agile teams Collaborate with
