Job description

Main responsibilities:As a Scrum Master:Implement and ensure best practices of Agile / ScrumFacilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective)Track Agile KPIs (velocity, burndown charts, sprint progress)Work closely with the Product Owner to maintain a clear and prioritized backlogPromote Agile culture and continuous improvementConfigure and use Azure DevOps dashboards and boardsAs an IT Project Manager:Coordinate technical and business stakeholdersTranslate business needs into functional and technical solutionsManage project planning, resources, and dependenciesOwn budget tracking, cost control and reportingIdentify risks and define mitigation plansPrepare steering committees and executive reportingDefine the go-live strategy and transition to run Who are you?

Requirements

5+ years of experience as Scrum Master and/or IT Project ManagerStrong background in B2C digital environments (mobile apps, e-commerce, digital platforms)Solid mastery of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence and/or Azure DevOpsEnglish, Spanish, French: fluentNice to have:Scrum certification (PSM, CSM or equivalent)Experience in transportation, mobility, or travel industry Who are we?
