pbGTM Systems Automation Manager (RevOps) /b /ppbr/ppWe're hiring a GTM Systems Automation Manager to join a growing Revenue Operations team at a leading technology business. /ppbr/ppThis is not a traditional CRM systems admin role. It's a build-and-evolve position for someone who wants to co-own and improve the core GTM systems landscape: /ppbr/pulliOwn, improve and optimise core GTM systems (Dynamics 365 + HubSpot) /liliIdentify manual, repetitive or inefficient processes and replace them with scalable automations /liliBuild and manage the integration of GTM systems and tools across the revenue stack (including DealHub) /liliDevelop and support custom functionality /liliHelp shape how Sales, Marketing, and CS teams actually operate /li /ulpbr/ppIn your first 6 months, your focus will be on: /ppbr/pulliStabilising and improving the current CRM environment /liliDriving better data quality, structure, and usage /liliBuilding key integrations across the GTM stack /liliIdentifying and automating manual workflows /liliActing as a technical partner to RevOps and commercial teams /li /ulpbr/ppFrom there, you'll play a key role in building out the GTM systems roadmap and unlocking more value through automation and
Requirements
We're looking for someone who can combine strong technical fluency with business understanding and who is: /pulliCurious, proactive, and motivated to build systems /liliComfortable working across CRM, data, and automation /liliAble to understand how GTM teams actually work - and improve it /liliExperience in Revenue Operations / Sales Ops / Marketing Ops or from CRM / Business Systems /li /ulpbr/ppbYou'll need to have hands-on experience with: /b /pulliMicrosoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse and Power Platform / Automate /liliDevelopment skills in C#, JavaScript and SQL /liliHand-on experience with integrations or APIs /liliBonus if you've worked with other GTM tooling (CPQ, enrichment, sales tools, etc.) /liliAn interest or basic experience in AI-enabled workflows, copilots, AI assistants /liliExperience with HubSpot (or similar) development and administration would be advantageous but is not essential /li /ulpbr/ppbWhy This Role? /b /pulliHigh ownership from day one /liliOpportunity to move from "admin" to builder /liliWork directly with RevOps leadership on system design /liliShape how the revenue engine operates, not just support it /li /ulpbr/ppThis role suits someone who wants to build and improve systems, not just maintain them.
