Ensure solutions can scale from tactical fixes to enterprise-grade applications when needed.Bridge low-code solutions with broader ScaleOS and automation capabilities.Identify whether a use case should be solved with Power Platform, require additional enterprise integration, or transition from low-code to pro-code development.Must-Have CompetenciesExpert-level experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI). Strong understanding of Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.Experience designing and implementing Power Platform governance and security.Proficiency in building complex workflows, custom connectors, and integrations.Knowledge of Power Platform ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) and DevOps practices.Understanding of API integrations and data connectivity patterns.Supporting Expectations / Nice to HaveMicrosoft certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, PL-600). Experience with Copilot Studio and AI Builder.Background in traditional software development (.NET, JavaScript).
