Role Opportunity An exciting opportunity has opened within our Professional Services Team in the DACH region for a Professional Services Consultant role. This is a full-time position. You will directly contribute to high-quality delivery, customer success, and Bedford's reputation for excellence across EMEA. You'll act as a strategic partner to our customers, helping them modernise planning, optimise processes, and realise the full power of the Anaplan platform. Reports to: Principal Consultant Location: Spain (Remote) Direct Reports: n/a What to Expect Core Responsibilities Working at a senior level within our Professional Services team to deliver high-quality Anaplan solutions for our customers within expected timeframes and on budgets Translate existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated Anaplan multi-dimensional models Ability to take a consultative approach by listening to customer needs and crafting a shared vision for a solution Nurture relationships with client personnel at the appropriate levels. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed of progress and expected outcomes. Manage expectations of client service delivery. Create long-lasting relationships that run beyond our project delivery Exposure to diverse business environments and managing customer expectations Innovate and deploy the latest Anaplan product enhancements alongside our internal knowledge base. You naturally strive to deliver Beyond the Expected, combining sharp technical ability with commercial awareness and relationship-building excellence. xbhjioe Key Pre-requisites A background in financial/multi-dimensional modelling Strong proficiency across key Anaplan capabilities - Certified Model Builder Experience in consulting, professional services, or enterprise planning Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Excellent presentation, communication, and customer engagement skills Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines Alignment with Bedford's values and ways of working A high level of professional maturity, responsibility, and motivation Desirable Skills Experience in finance, supply chain, sales performance or connected planning Experience working in a partner ecosystem or SaaS consultancy Multi-country or multi-industry exposure
