Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Tagging* Implement tracking and tagging in alignment with customer and brand guidelines to ensure accurate campaign performance measurement.* Ensure proper data collection frameworks are in place to support reliable campaign performance reporting and analysis.* Collaborate with campaign and web teams to validate tag implementation across digital channels.* Troubleshoot and resolve tagging discrepancies to maintain data integrity.2. Post-Campaign Analytics & Insights Reporting* Analyze campaign performance data across channels including paid media, email, social, and digital.* Break down campaign results by channel to identify performance drivers and areas of improvement.* Generate clear, concise, and actionable insights reports for marketing and business stakeholders.* Provide optimization recommendations based on performance trends and historical data analysis.* Identify and document best practices for future campaign planning and execution.* Collate and share campaign learnings in a structured and accessible format for internal teams.3. Operational Reporting Track, monitor, and report on key operational KPIs on a regular cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly). Maintain and update core dashboards and data workflows to ensure timely and accurate reporting. Develop tailored reports with specific data points for senior leadership and key stakeholder groups. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders to drive improved business decision-making. Manage and refine data workflows to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
Required Skills & ExperienceExperience: 3-5+ years in campaign analytics, digital marketing analytics, or a related fieldCampaign Tagging: Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, or similar tag management systemsAnalytics Platforms: Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, or equivalent platformsData Visualization: Experience with BI/dashboard tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Google Data StudioReporting & Insights: Strong ability to synthesize data into clear reports, presentations, and actionable recommendationsData Management: Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, and workflow automationCommunication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present insights to non-technical audiencesStakeholder Management: Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership stakeholders EQUAL OPPORTUNITY:Indegene is proud to be an Equal Employment Employer and is committed to the culture of Inclusion and Diversity.
