Job description
Manage and support platform activities within AWS environments Analyse system performance and ensure platform stability and reliability Handle incident and problem management : Investigate incident/problem tickets Identify root causes Provide effective solutions and ensure resolution (using tools like ServiceNow / Columbus) Develop fixes and enhancements using Java and microservices architecture Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives, Kubernetes (optional but valued) Exposure to observability tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk
Requirements
Java with 3 / 5 years of experience., Strong hands-on experience with AWS (mandatory) Solid programming skills in Java and microservices Experience in Incident & Problem Management processes Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow (SNOW) Basic understanding of: Network and security concepts, API Gateway Authentication/authorisation tools
