Job description

ERP Programme Manager needed for an initial 18 month engagement with our Police force client in Staffordshire. The right candidate must have previous experience as an ERP Programme Director, ideally with experience delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations with demonstrable expertise in the end-to-end delivery of ERP transformation programmes.

The role is for an initial 18 months, hybrid with regular but flexible onsite work requirements in Stafford and candidates must engage via an FCSA accredited Umbrella company.

Candidates must have a driving licence and should also be NPPV3 cleared.

The role requires an accomplished ERP Programme Director / Programme Manager with a focus on implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (Finance, HR, Payroll, Purchasing) and a fully integrated Duty Management System (DMS). The role will ensure the programme is delivered to agreed time, cost, quality and benefits, establishing and owning governance, commercial management, supplier oversight, risk management and cross organisational alignment. The Programme Director holds accountability for both strategic and high-level operational oversight.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable background as an ERP Transformation focused Programme Director / Programme Manager.
  • Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP transformations / implementations.
  • Experience in senior Programme Delivery roles being accountable for the successful delivery of ERP transformation programmes on time and on budget across multiple functional areas (e.g. Finance, HR, Payroll, Expenses, Procurement).
  • Experience overseeing integrated planning across workstreams - ensuring coherence between technical, functional, data, business change and supplier plans.
  • Managing all related contracts and suppliers through the delivery phases, ensuring a smooth handover to business-as-usual teams following go-live.
  • Extensive Programme governance and risk management skills.
  • Strong Stakeholder Management and communication capabilities.
