An experienced SAP SuccessFactors Manager is required by Whitehall Resources for our client based in Buckinghamshire. This is a permanent role and can be done mainly from the comfort of your own home (circa once a month onsite). This is a senior leadership role where you will lead the People Technology landscape and shape the future of People Services. You will be responsible for the performance, development and optimisation of the People technology ecosystem, so you will need deep technical expertise in SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruitment & Onboarding) and strong leadership capabilities. Requirements
Extensive expertise in SuccessFactors, in particular, Employee Central and Recruitment & Onboarding? Proven track record of delivering HR systems transformation and optimisation? Excellent leadership capabilities i.e. lead and develop teams, influence stakeholders and drive change?
