Power BI Tech Lead

As Power BI Technical Lead, you will take ownership of the technical delivery of a complex reporting migration programme. You will provide hands-on leadership, set technical standards, and identify key risks, dependencies, and migration considerations across enterprise-scale reporting solutions., * Lead the technical design and delivery of a Power BI reporting migration

• Provide deep Power BI expertise, defining standards and best practices
• Identify and communicate technical risks, constraints, and migration watch-outs
• Act as the senior technical authority across reporting solutions
• Collaborate with Data Science, Analytics, and Engineering teams
• Engage with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into robust reporting solutions

• Deep, hands-on Power BI expertise
• Proven experience leading at least one significant reporting migration programme
• Strong technical leadership experience in enterprise-scale environments
• Ability to clearly articulate technical risks, dependencies, and design decisions
• Experience working within Data & Analytics or Data Science & Reporting functions
• Retail sector experience, ideally within large supermarket or consumer-facing organisations
