Lead Developer .net /Azure Location: London 2/4 times a month Salary: up to £88k plus benefits Interview process: 2 stages Start date: ASAP Type: Permanent role A leading professional services organisation is seeking a Lead Developer to drive the delivery of modern digital products and lead a small, high-performing development team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to remain hands-on while influencing technical direction and shaping innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a small development team. Design, build and maintain mobile and web applications. Act as a full-stack developer with strong front-end/UI skills. Plan and prioritise workload across multiple business streams. Build enterprise and client-facing applications using modern tools and cloud technologies. Apply DevOps methodologies and CI/CD best practices. Contribute to solution design and technical strategy. Explore and adopt emerging tech such as AI, ML and automation. Skills & Experience

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, React. Solid knowledge of Azure PaaS (Functions, Logic Apps, Cosmos DB, App Service, ARM/Bicep). Experience with Azure DevOps, Git and CI/CD pipelines. Experience leading or mentoring developers. Understanding of authentication and identity (Entra AD).
