Job description
We're looking for an experienced IT Support Officer to provide high-quality technical support and act as an escalation point within our Service Desk and endpoint environment.
This role is ideal for someone with strong service desk experience who enjoys troubleshooting more complex issues, supporting end-user devices, and contributing to service improvement., * Resolve escalated IT incidents and complex technical issues
- Support Service Desk operations, ticket triage, and SLAs
- Build, configure, and deploy end-user devices
- Assist with software deployment, patching, and compliance
- Contribute to documentation, knowledge bases, and process improvement
- Work collaboratively with IT colleagues and support a customer-focused culture
Requirements
Do you have experience in Technical support?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Experience in an IT service desk or technical support role
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows devices, applications, and connectivity
- Familiar with ticket-based support and endpoint environments
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Customer-focused, professional, and a strong team player
This role includes participation in helpdesk service hours and an out-of-hours rota.
