Henley Morgan is partnering with an established Sage Intacct delivery practice that is expanding its South West footprint. They are looking for a Project Manager to own end-to-end Sage Intacct implementations for finance teams across multi-entity SMEs and mid-market organisations - typically professional services, SaaS, non-profit and PE-backed businesses moving off legacy Sage 50/200 or QuickBooks onto a modern cloud financial platform., You will run multiple concurrent Sage Intacct projects from kick-off through hypercare, owning scope, plan, RAID and commercials. Day to day that means chairing client steerco meetings, coordinating functional and technical consultants, driving sign-off on solution design (dimensions, multi-entity, consolidations, AP automation, project accounting), keeping budget and burn on track in PSA, and being the calm voice when scope wobbles. You will also feed lessons learned back into the delivery methodology and mentor more junior PMs and coordinators as the team grows.
Requirements
We want someone who has personally delivered at least two full-lifecycle Sage Intacct implementations in the UK and can talk credibly about dimensional GL design, multi-entity setup, consolidations, and integrations with adjacent tooling such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Expensify, Stripe and common payroll platforms. Strong commercial instincts matter - you should be comfortable managing fixed-price and T&M engagements, change control conversations and difficult stakeholder moments. PRINCE2, AgilePM or PMP is welcome but practical track record beats certifications. Candidates with broader Sage cloud financials, NetSuite or other mid-market ERP PM experience who are keen to specialise in Intacct will also be considered.
