Job description
The Blackmore Vale Ltd is looking for a highly motivated and resourceful individual to help drive the growth of our advertising sales operation.
This is not a standard office administration role.
We need someone who enjoys researching businesses, sourcing data, identifying decision-makers, building professional connections and uncovering new advertising opportunities for our sales team.
You will play a key role in ensuring our sales staff are speaking to the right people, in the right businesses, at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, build and maintain large volumes of high-quality business data
- Research companies and identify key decision-makers and marketing contacts
- Generate connections and business relationships through LinkedIn and other professional platforms
- Build prospect databases for sales campaigns and advertising features
- Research specific sectors, industries and geographical areas to identify opportunities
- Support the creation of targeted marketing and sales campaigns
- Verify and update customer and prospect information
- Generate qualified leads and opportunities for the sales team
- Identify new markets and sectors for advertising sales growth
- Work closely with management and sales staff to develop prospecting strategies
Requirements
Do you have experience in Salesforce?, * Naturally curious and enjoys researching businesses and people
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, social media and online research tools
- Strong communication skills
- Able to identify decision-makers within organisations
- Experience in lead generation, business development, sales support, recruitment research or data sourcing would be advantageous
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
