- End-to-End Campaign Ownership: Build, launch, manage, and scale predominantly Meta ad campaigns for a dedicated roster of clients
- Creative Execution: Use Figma (or other design tools) to create, tweak, and refine ad assets on the fly. You'll also brief/work with our external design team for the heavier lifts
- Copywriting: Write punchy, persuasive, high converting ad copy to accompany your handy work
- Strategy & Optimisation: Continuously monitor performance, identify gaps, and proactively test new ideas within a tried and tested strategy to drive better ROI
- Reporting: Deliver clear, no nonsense performance reports to internal leadership and directly to clients

Do you have experience in Graphic design?, We're a rapidly scaling, results focussed business growth agency, specialising in the renewable energy space across the UK and Ireland. We need a hands-on Paid Ads Specialist to take ownership of a dedicated portion of our growing portfolio of retained clients.
To the point of who we need: we're not fussed if you have a uni degree, a wall full of certifications, or if you're a "T-Shaped marketer". We care about your prior experience, your ability to generate results, and your hunger to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

What this role actually is: This isn't a role for someone who just wants to push buttons in Ads Manager and wait for a design team to do the creative heavy lifting. According to Google you'd be a "Performance Creative", building the strategy, writing the copy, running the ads, and jumping straight into Figma to refine or create assets yourself., * 2+ Years of Meta Ads Experience: You have a proven, hands on track record of managing and optimising Meta campaigns
- Design & Figma Skills: You're not just a media buyer...you have an eye for design and can confidently build or tweak ad creatives when a quicker turnaround is needed
- A Self Starter Mentality: You thrive in a fast paced agency environment, take initiative, and don't need micromanaging to get things done
- Strong Written English: Your grammar is flawless, and your copywriting actually converts
The "Bonus Points" (Nice to haves):
- Experience managing Google, Bing, TikTok, X, or other platform's ads
- Knowledge of the renewable energy sector (Solar PV, Battery Storage, Air Source Heat Pumps)
- Experience with CRM and tech integrations (eg. using Zapier to connect Meta Lead Ads or the Conversions API to GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc)
- Confidence and experience communicating directly with paying clients, * Meta Ads: 2 years (required)
- Creative/Asset Design: 2 years (required)
